The way this works is that we become your tenants, bring your property to high rental standard and then manage your rental completely. We will guarantee rent is paid in full every month, regardless of whether the property is void and accordingly deal with all tenant issues
We have a specialised management contract that outlines our responsibilities. Explaining everything from how we manage the day to day cleaning to how we pay utility bills (inc. gas & electricity, council tax, water rates, TV licensing, broadband etc.) From day one you will receive an agreed monthly income for the entirety of the agreed term.
This means you can offer your clients a rental income without voids whilst also completely reducing your time taken in general management of the rental property.
Empire Investors take over the management of the property, refurbishing it at our cost (if necessary) to bring it to a premium standard for corporate and professional lets.
All on going refurbishment and repair costs will be covered by us for the length of the contract and you can rest assured that you property is kept to the highest standard.
